Egg-sitting Easter Bunny
Today’s card is a fun one I came up with for Easter. It’s pretty simple, but I think it’s really cute.
The Easter bunny is punched using:
- 1 3/4 inch circle – body
- 1 3/8 inch circle – head
- Flower Trio – tail
- Round tab punch – ears
The butterfly is a flower from the Flower Trio punch where I cut off one petal. The egg could be the wide oval punch, but I used my coluzzle. The grass is Certainly Celery and I just cut slits about halfway into the strip of paper and rolled, folded them over. The egg is sponged with Regal Rose ink and stamped with a sentiment from the Best Yet stamp set.
These are quick enough that you still have time to make a few for Easter baskets or to send out to friends.
Have a great rest of the week! Don’t forget tomorrow is the second episode of the Afternoon Quickie!
