Scalloped Baby Banner Tutorial

So, I was looking through the brand new catalog and all of the new things that Stampin’ Up!® has coming out. One thing that is awesome (but a little more than my budget allows) is the new Big Shot from Sizzix. SU also has a collection of exclusive dies that are awesome too – one of which is a scalloped pennant.

I looked at that die and some samples of projects and decided that I’d really like to have one. But I looked in my check book and it said, I don’t think so. Hmmm….what to do, what to do……So I did a little playing with my new Scallop Edge punch and this is what I came up with! I hope you enjoy it!
